We have been photographing Masonic Ladies Festival Night Balls for many years and fully understand and respect the proceedings for these evenings.

During the pre-dinner drinks reception we will provide flattering portrait photography in our mobile photography studio. At their discretion, we can photograph the Worshipful Master and his Lady along with other families and guests

No Attendance Fee

Photogenic Events do not charge any attendance fee. We will provide a free of charge ladies festival photographer.

You do not need to pay anything for our ball photography service so there is no risk to the organiser.

Photos Printed on the Night

Photos are printed onsite, on the night so guests will go home with a fantastic memento of the event.

Our studio becomes part of the entertainment of the evening as partners, family and friends join to have their photo taken together. All images can be viewed immediately and if chosen, printed in seconds.

There is no obligation for guests to purchase a print.

We would be pleased to make a donation to the Masters chosen charity.

We are happy to give a percentage back to the Lodge for every print sold during the evening.

Roaming, Table & Venue Photographs

Our photographer can photo the proceedings of the evening and the venue. These will be given to the event organiser free of charge.

As part of our service, we can capture a selection of photos including photos of the dining room, the Masters Top Table plus other tables with guests enjoying themselves. These will be given to the organiser with our compliments as a pictorial record of the event.
