Our Black Tie & Charity Ball photography fits very well with all types of formal events including Black Tie Balls, Gala Dinners, Fundraising Balls, PTA Balls and Christmas Parties. Therefore our ball photographer will capture your guests looking their best whilst adding to the entertainment of the evening with fun and flattering photography.
No Attendence Fee
We will attend your ball free of charge and bring to your venue our mobile photography studio. This means we require no advance fee so you do not need to pay anything for our event photography service.
Onsite Photo Printing
Photogenic Events provide onsite photo printing so your guests will go home with a fantastic memento of the event. All images captured can be viewed immediately and there is no obligation for guests to purchase a print.
Event & Venue Photography
Our photographer can capture the proceedings of the evening and the venue. We can capture pictures of awards, presentations and the guests enjoying themselves with roaming photography. For instance guest arrival, dining room and table shots can be captured and given to the organiser as a pictorial record of the event.
Photo Booth Style Photos
For added fun and laughter we can bring along a box of fun props to create those hilarious and spontaneous photos. Similar to photo booth style photos but much more interactive. Our studio allows for whole groups of friends to get together and have a blast.
Donation to your Charity
If you are organising a fundraiser or charity event then we would be pleased to make a donation. At the end of the evening we will provide a generous donation for every print sold.

We photograph balls free of charge across London and the South. Based in Camberley in Surrey we photograph across London, Surrey, Hampshire, Berkshire, Oxfordshire, Middlesex, Kent and Sussex.

Gala Ball photographer in Hampshire covering Basingstoke, Winchester, Southampton, Eastleigh, Portsmouth plus Bournemouth. Party Photographer across Berkshire including Reading, Slough, Windsor, Maidenhead, Bracknell, Ascot & Wokingham. Our ball photographer will cover west and central London including Hillingdon, Harrow, Ealing, Brent, Barnet, Hounslow, Richmond, Wandsworth, Hammersmith, Kensington, Westminster, Merton, Sutton, Lambeth, Camden, Chelsea, Fulham, Southwark and the City. Ball photography covers Sussex including Worthing, Crawley, Brighton, East Grinstead and Horsham
