If your event is a ball, prom or fundraiser and we are bringing the studio and printing photos, we are free of charge to attend. We only ask that there is a minimum of 80 guests at the event.

Yes we do – we can offer different packages based upon your requirements.

Your event may only require photography coverage with production of high quality digital images. We can offer different options based upon the amount of time and images you want produced. Please go to our Party Photographer page for further information

If your event requires photos to be printed onsite. We can provide a range of different options including packages for us to produce a set number of prints for your guests on the night. Alternatively we can offer an unlimited print on the night option. Please contact us for further information.

We strive to deliver your edited photos promptly after the event. Depending on the package you choose and the volume of photos taken, you can expect to receive your images within a specified timeframe, typically ranging from a few days to a couple of weeks.

It’s recommended to book our photography services as early as possible to secure your preferred date and package. School prom photography season tends to be busy, so booking in advance ensures that we can accommodate your event and provide you with exceptional service.

We need at least 80 guests at your event to be able to bring the pop up studio with instant prints for free. We make costs for the pop up studio on printable photos on the event day, meaning we can bring the studio for free in these cases. However, if under the threshold, we charge to bring the studio. 

Each instant print photo from our pop up studio costs between £10 and £15, depending on the size and format of the print chosen.

If we are printing photos at the event, all images can be viewed immediately at the viewing station.

After the event, all images can be available in a dedicated online gallery. Here images can be viewed and reprints & digital copies can be ordered. If you require we can put a password on the gallery.

Yes, we upload our images after the event photographer has finished. You can view your photos here.

Yes, we offer a viewing station where you can preview the photos before printing to ensure that you are happy with the final results.

Yes, we offer package deals and discounts for bulk orders of instant print photos. Please inquire with our staff at the event for more information on available discounts and special offers.

At Photogenic Events’ pop-up studio, our professional photographers will take high-quality photos of you and your guests during the event. Once the photos are captured, they are printed instantly using our state-of-the-art printing equipment.
